The majority of users will be prospective homebuyers, real estate agents and past clients. A smaller portion of site visitors will be Browsers, brought to the site by social media and blog posts.
The website was designed based upon questions and feedback from actual clients, real estate partners, and the most commonly searched mortgage topics. With a modern, intuitive UI, the site guides users on the path to homeownership.
The design in this case study is actually V2.0! I had originally designed the Finance By Doug site a few years ago using a well-known site builder and while we liked the site, I couldn’t help but feel like we were missing the tailor-fit feel to match the service that Finance By Doug provides for its clients.
Last year, I spoke with the client we discussed transitioning the site to Webflow. After we got started, we never looked back. The site now has a more modern appeal and the CMS collections make it easy for the client to update blog posts.
